4 Years of Blogging…

This blog has entered into 5th year! I had no clue on how long this will run when I started, thanks to each of you for your support and encouragement. Now, stats indicate number of posts to be 367 while the total non-spam comments count at 9,400! Special thanks to all the folks who have been very regular on my blog to share their thoughts in the form of comments on articles here. The kind of learning I had over these years after knowing and interacting with so many people in the blogosphere is indeed very special.

Similar to previous year, there will be a surprise giveaway to celebrate the anniversary of this blog. Watch out of those special gifts from me during #indiblr5, IndiBlogger community meeting on Oct 3rd in Bangalore at IIMB campus. If you haven’t registered for that yet, go ahead and do it now. Would be a privilege to meet so many Indian bloggers under one roof and I am already looking forward for it for the next weekend. I haven’t got time to share my thoughts from Independence day blogger meet at Mumbai, I will post a couple of photos for sure before the next meet 🙂

On the personal note, I completed my masters (MS in Software Engineering from BITS, Pilani) and got the provisional certificate this week. 2 years of weekend learning was fun through that course and an initial article with that announcement of joining the course is still a hot topic on this blog, though the content was very short from my side, it has attracted 500+ comments so far! So many folks have asked for details and I am sure most of the questions have been answered by me or by other followers of this blog. Thanks to everyone for their contributions in the form of comments to make it more interactive and lively!
